Every AZO counter is a real courier office. Bring your parcel in, and it's recorded on AZO the moment they take it. Booking a pickup online is coming soon.

Do I need an account to track a parcel?
No. Open the tracking link the counter sent you on WhatsApp, or scan the QR code on your slip. To see all your parcels in one place, sign in with your phone number.
Which phone number do I sign in with?
Your own mobile number. To see a parcel, use the number the counter wrote down when you sent or received it.
How much does it cost to send a parcel?
The counter sets the price, based on weight, size, destination and courier. They'll tell you before you pay, and you pay them directly.
Can I book a pickup online?
Not yet, but it's coming. For now, bring your parcel to an AZO counter.
Do you send parcels abroad?
Not yet. AZO counters send within India for now.
Who do I call about my parcel?
The counter handling it. Sign in with your phone number for a button to call them. For anything else, call AZO.
