Do I have to change carriers?
No. Keep sending with Trackon, DTDC or whichever couriers you use today. You record the carrier and the AWB, and AZO pulls in the scans.
What do I need to start?
A computer or phone with internet at the counter.
Who can see my customers' details?
Your own staff, and the sender and receiver of each parcel, for that parcel only. Other agencies never see them.
Do my customers pay AZO?
No. They pay your agency, as they do today. AZO never touches the parcel or the money.
