Follow your parcel with its link
Every parcel a counter records with AZO has its own tracking link. There are three ways to open it.
Way 1
Open the link from the counter
When your parcel is recorded, the counter can send you its tracking link on WhatsApp. Open it to see where your parcel is — no sign-in needed.
Way 2
Scan the QR code on your slip
The slip the counter gives you carries the same link as a QR code. Point your phone’s camera at it.
Way 3
Sign in with your phone number
Sign in with your mobile number. We send a 6-digit code to it, and you see every parcel sent from or to that number.
No link?
To keep every parcel private, AZO does not look parcels up by their AWB or reference number. Ask the counter that took your parcel to send the link again, or sign in with the phone number you gave them.
