How AZO uses your phone number

AZO Couriers and Logistics LLP runs a platform that courier agencies use to record the parcels they send. When an agency records a parcel you are sending or receiving, it enters your name and phone number, so that you can follow that parcel.

What AZO holds

  • Your phone number, when you sign in or a courier agency enters it on a parcel, and the name the agency entered with it.
  • For each parcel sent from or to your number: the agency and the carrier, the AWB, the names, phone numbers, PIN codes and destination city the agency entered, the pickup address and note if the parcel was collected from you, and its pieces and weight.
  • The amount charged and how it was paid, which only the sender sees.
  • The parcel's timeline: AZO's own steps and the carrier's updates.

Who can see it

  • The courier agency that recorded the parcel.
  • You, when you sign in with your number. A receiver does not see the sender's phone number or pickup address, or the amount charged.
  • Anyone who has the parcel's tracking link, which shows its progress, the carrier and the AWB — never your name, phone number or address.
  • The carrier tracking service AZO uses, which receives only the AWB and the carrier, to fetch the carrier's updates.

Sign-in codes

AZO sends a sign-in code to the mobile number you enter. Signing in shows you only the parcels sent from or to that number.
